That brings me to my second point.
Losing weight permanently is all about maintaining motivation. Let me prove it. 

 

   Have you ever started a new program, been completely excited because this time it had the foods on it you liked, this time you were going to be able to stick to it, this time you were determined and you weren’t going to fall off of it like you had before?  You were so sure you were going to follow the program and achieve that goal and two weeks or two months later you found yourself not following the program at all.  Well, see, you lost your motivation.  Maybe you saw an infomercial on television or a talk show host was endorsing an idea or a new book came along and it was about exercising or perhaps another diet; and, you said, “That one makes sense to me.  I know people who’ve lost with that.  And this time, I'm going to do it; it makes sense.  I can follow it.  This time I'm determined.  This time I'm going to hit that goal.  I'm just so tired of carrying this extra weight.  This time, I'm going to do it.”

  Perhaps you don't know that by doing aerobic or cardio exercise first thing in the morning, you go directly into fat burning.  See, because you pretty much burned up your carbohydrates overnight, as you slept, depending of course what time you ate dinner and what you ate as far snacking goes you're going to go into rapid fat burning quicker by doing cardio or aerobic exercise in the morning.  So, when you do that cardio or aerobic in the morning, you lose weight faster.  See again, just might be information you don't know about yet.
